Mazda is touting the trim as offering a unique stylistic path for owners to take, combining exhilarating performance with a sophisticated aesthetic.
Suna Edition will be available on the upcoming 2024 Mazda 3, MX-30 EV, CX-30 and CX-5. Mazda will make an announcement closer to the time on features and specifications for the new range of vehicles.
Suna Edition Models
Suna Edition models have some similarities with the previous Kuro Edition lineup, such as gloss black exterior accents, such as black metallic aluminum alloy wheels, side mirrors, and a front grille. However, Mazda is keen to break the mould with the new souped-up vehicles with exclusive new colour schemes. This time around, cars will benefit from the Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint option and more sophisticated interiors offering terracotta upholstery with black suede inserts, terracotta stitching and gunmetal accents.

Mazda believes these changes will give vehicles a timeless feel that helps them to become more contemporary and in harmony with the modern world. The premium finish will let the automaker challenge European rivals in the luxury market, offering a reliable and well-priced alternative to standard options.
Performance
Performance and design go together on Mazda’s new range of Suna Edition vehicles. The Mazda 3 Sport, CX-30, and CX-5 models come with Mazda’s Skyactiv-G 2.5 Turbo engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and standard i-Activ all-wheel drive. This engaging powertrain delivers up to 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque on premium 93-octane fuel or 227 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque on regular 87-octane fuel. Drivers can look forward to experiencing the thrill of acceleration in a light vehicle designed for swift cornering.
i-Active AWD uses a front-wheel-slip detection system that lets drivers accelerate with higher force without losing control of the vehicle. Torque control then enables the vehicle to respond to driver inputs, almost lag-free, simulating a near-instant conventional mechanical response.

Mazda will reveal pricing and details on specific features for Suna Edition models along with other prospective 2024 vehicle announcements.
